AFTERNOON TEA COMPETITION

Subscribe to Terry’s free newsletter to be entered in a prize draw to win a voucher for afternoon tea for two people at Burgh Island Hotel, Bigbury-on-Sea, South Devon. www.burghisland.com.

One winner will receive a voucher for afternoon tea for two people at Burgh Island Hotel. Served daily between 12.30-15.30. Pre-booking required and is subject to availability. Voucher is valid from 15th July 2026 to 15th July 2027. The voucher may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable and non-refundable. Full T&Cs are detailed on the voucher.

Entrants must be 18 or over. UK residents only. One entry per person. No purchase necessary. To qualify, sign up to Terry’s newsletter from 9am GMT 21 May 2026. Entries close 5pm GMT 12 July 2026. The draw will be made from names that signed up between those dates and that remain signed up on 12 July 2026.

By signing up to the newsletter, and providing your email, you are agreeing to receive Terry’s regular newsletter featuring news and updates on upcoming events and publications. The winner will be chosen at random and the prize draw will be made 14 July 2026. The winner will be contacted by email on 14 July and asked to provide their mailing address. The voucher will be sent on receipt of the mailing address, which will solely be used to send the winner’s prize. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. The winner’s surname and county will be published to confirm that the draw has taken place. The winner has the right to ask for publication to be withheld or for their personal information to be minimised further, but this information and their email will be kept on file for compliance purposes.
